As a person who thrives on utilizing perseverance to turn challenging situations into success stories, Olivia dove into her career in real estate in 2007, promptly when there was a mass exodus out of the industry during the last economic meltdown. At this time, she worked in her hometown, Cleveland, Ohio, investing in fix and flips with her family thanks to her knack for identifying high-yield investment opportunities. Olivia brought her specialized knowledge to Denver, where she honed her skills working on hundreds of complicated and lengthy foreclosure, short sale and estate transactions. She has become an expert in building client’s investment portfolios, renovations, resale, new construction, and guiding move-up buyers and sellers with seamless sales progression through her highly personalized approach.

She’s a recently converted dog owner and has fallen in love with her Bouvier, Griswald, who usually goes with them. She also devotes her time to volunteer work and is a board member of A Little Something, a non-profit that supports the refugee community through crafts, design and art.
