Olivia Kunevicius

Olivia Kunevicius

/ / dynamic. real. committed.

As a person who thrives on utilizing perseverance to turn challenging situations into success stories, Olivia dove into her career in real estate in 2007, promptly when there was a mass exodus out of the industry during the last economic meltdown. At this time, she worked in her hometown, Cleveland, Ohio, investing in fix and flips with her family thanks to her knack for identifying high-yield investment opportunities. Olivia brought her specialized knowledge to Denver, where she honed her skills working on hundreds of complicated and lengthy foreclosure, short sale and estate transactions. She has become an expert in building client’s investment portfolios, renovations, resale, new construction, and guiding move-up buyers and sellers with seamless sales progression through her highly personalized approach.

Guided by the principles of human psychology, Olivia combines a high level of emotional intelligence with strategic thinking to provide her clients with an experience that makes them want to refer their friends. She builds sustainable and impactful relationships with her clients using transparency, availability and prioritizing prompt and open communication both with clients and brokers alike. A client advocate first and foremost with a foundational belief in education, Olivia understands the power of listening, and she consistently strives to deliver and exceed the expectations of her sphere. Her business approach has gained media recognition, both locally and nationally. For the past ten consecutive years, Olivia has been awarded the Five Star Real Estate Professional Award for exceptional customer service and achieved a spot on The Five Star Market Leaders — The 500 List — in Forbes Magazine in 2020.

Olivia’s philosophy is that she doesn’t sell properties. She’s a confidant, supporter, educator, and specialist guiding clients to find the property they love in the neighborhood where they can create their community.
