Corrie Lee is on the well-established Nichols & Lee team, alongside Karen Nichols, and specializes in historic residences of central Denver. Corrie has personally overseen hundreds of successful transactions over the last two decades.

Previously a teacher, Corrie now applies those skills to guiding a broad spectrum of clients through the real estate process — educating about the current market trends, statistics and the latest technology. Her combined background and experience have cultivated a fluency and confidence when discussing real estate.

Her passion for negotiations and conscientious approach is matched by Corrie’s acute understanding of architecture and design. She has a particularly strong knowledge of the market for historical masterpieces and houses of significant architectural merit. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Corrie moved to Colorado post-college and has lived in Boulder, Telluride and now Denver. Her adventurous spirit now permeates to her husband and two girls, where they spend family time enjoying the great outdoors hiking, rock climbing and skiing.
