The top-producing broker found her calling in real estate during her time in Philadelphia, where she sold 20 homes in her very first year. Eventually, the beauty of the Mile High State beckoned her westward, where she joined the leadership team of Coldwell Banker and further cemented her status as a well-known figure in the Front Range real estate market.

Katie’s coaching style is deeply rooted in her past experience as a Naval Officer: her values of loyalty, duty and commitment help brokers implement business plans that work for their unique methodologies. As a self-made success story herself, Katie understands the empathy needed to guide brokers through the triumphs and challenges of the industry.
