Denver native Kerem has a unique perspective on the evolution of Denver, having witnessed the transformation of this formerly midsize town that’s now a bustling, sought-after metropolis. Her knowledge of this city’s unique enclave of neighborhoods is paired with extensive experience in sales, marketing and new homebuilding — a powerful combination.

Kerem’s education includes a BS in Journalism from the University of Colorado-Boulder and an MA in Global Marketing Communications from Emerson College. Her post-collegiate career involved marketing in the healthcare and publishing industries but ultimately pivoted to the home industry — an ideal environment to flex her discipline. Working as a marketing manager for a renowned Colorado-based new home builder first introduced Kerem to helping clients find their dream homes. The rest, as they say, is history.

Touching on her master’s degree, Kerem is worldly-wise, an urbane broker who is design-savvy and can help clients visualize their model home, whether new or old. Discovering what makes her clients tick is part of Kerem’s process. Quality service, effective communication and relationship-building to sustain a community and watch it grow is her forte, like watching her beloved hometown flourish.

Kerem’s aesthetic is a mix of Old English and Parisian, two of her favorite places to travel to and explore. To date, she’s visited 20 countries (and counting) across six continents, including a year abroad in Israel.

First and foremost, Kerem is a proud mom of two amazing boys who taught her more about life than her education and career combined. Together, they enjoy exploring Colorado and the cultural nuances Denver has to offer.
