Can’t say enough great things about Clark. From his personable nature, his vast knowledge of the Denver market, contract nuance, and real estate in general, and his adept negotiation skillset, I can’t see why anyone would go with another realtor. I’ve purchased real estate on a few occasions with other realtors before using Clark, so I have ample comparisons to make. I can confidently say that I’ve never felt more comfortable in every step of the sale of my home and purchase of a new home than when working with Clark. It was night and day from working with other agents. The sale of our home was during a tepid market due to interest rates and the season. In a time when other homes were sitting for months, Clark managed to bring enough hype and interest in the first weekend that we had over a handful of competitive offers that landed us with an accelerated close at 15% above ask. I used to think a realtor was mostly good for listing and showing properties. Boy was I wrong. I realized what it was like to have a superlative agent with Clark. Buying and/or selling a home is a stressful and meticulous endeavor. But I actually didn’t feel that with Clark. Everything went better than I could have ever imagined. You don’t know what a good realtor can bring to the process until you experience it. The value add from using Clark is immeasurable.

We met Clark by chance and weren’t on the market for an agent. However, through our interactions, we quickly realized he was exactly who we wanted on our side. Clark is extremely detailed and meticulous, but somehow at the same time fun and easy to be around. And hilarious! Between my husband and I, we’ve purchased and sold many homes, but we hadn’t ever met anyone like Clark. He takes everything to the next level. He goes far beyond the typical comps realtors provide and gives incredibly detailed, well rounded reports explaining the entire real estate picture (the meticulous part). He takes great pride in every home and every interaction. He completely understands what you want, even if you and your partner want opposite things. He puts up with weird questions without making it feel weird, and even chills with your toddler while you see a house for the 10th time. Clark is an agent that you can literally just trust and forget it. I think the best part of working with Clark was that there was absolutely never any pressure. His positive, happy go lucky attitude makes it feel easy to be honest until you’re a million percent sure you’ve found the one. We will definitely be working with Clark again and would 100% recommend!

Clark is the best Realtor® I could ever ask for. He was so helpful from the start until… well, he is still helping me even after close. Whether it was pointing out what to look for in a house hunt for a first-time home buyer or connecting me with the greatest contractors after close, he has been insanely helpful throughout the whole process. I could not recommend Clark more; whether you are a buyer or seller, he is the best you can get. We got our offer accepted even though we were 10k under the competing offer solely because Clark has such a good track record. 10/10

Working with Clark is an absolute pleasure all around. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general and Denver/Boulder real estate in particular. We were buying and selling two historic (aka old lol) houses at the same time, which made nervous given the current gloom surrounding the housing market and the fact that old homes require a certain buyer. But Clark put our minds at ease the very minute we decided to go for it. He continuously researches market conditions, statistics, etc and is able to disseminate the important information with ease. He also gives you his strategic opinion on what to do next, but never makes you feel like his opinion is the only way. He also has a personal love of older Denver homes and knows exactly what to do get interested parties to the table. In the end, we ended up with multiple offers and had the opportunity to choose what was right for us moving forward. I can’t speak highly-enough of Clark. You will not regret working with him for your real estate needs!
