Stephanie Goldammer

/ / approachable. energetic. trusted.

Stephanie Goldammer has spent every moment of her career helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams — and it shows with an astounding $200M+ sales record that continually and consistently grows. Now, Stephanie brings her fun-loving, yet uncompromising approach to milehimodern, where her passion for humanism and relationship building result in guiding her clients to buy and sell the coolest homes in town — from modern to classic and historical properties.

A born and raised Midwesterner, Stephanie’s work ethic is backed by over two decades of experience in the industry. More importantly, the real estate maven loves what she does. Stephanie finds joy in working tirelessly for her clients, whether they are first-time homebuyers or expert investors. As she zips around town in her electric mini, Stephanie is immediately recognizable for her reputation as a trusted real estate source.

Stephanie’s approach begins with getting to know her clients on a deeper level. For Stephanie, it is only a matter of time before clients become close friends — and oftentimes, the source of her strong referral base. Her goal is to make the real estate journey as fun and intimate as possible, all while providing detailed communication and rigorous follow-up at every step of the way.
