Ensuring we felt comfortable and supported every step of the way, Michael took on the unique and difficult challenge of helping me and my wife buy an investment property while living abroad. We could not have been happier in our experience with Michael. We used Michael to purchase our home 4 years ago that he recently just listed for us, netting us $20k over list price with multiple offers on the first day. He also helped us in the purchase of our new home that we are very excited about. Michael gave us some insight to strengthen our deal as we knew we would be in a multiple offer situation in purchasing this home. We took his advice and added a couple things that strengthened our offer. We were able to come to terms with the seller and closed last week. The entire process of buying a new home and selling our current home could not have gone smoother. Michael has a very good understanding of the real estate market and is especially strong in his property valuations and his ability to get the best possible deal. He also has a plethora of contractor resources that came in very handy, we are using many of them in our current renovations. A major plus when you don’t know the local contractor market! Mike has a unique combination of expertise, patience, energy and integrity. In a very difficult housing market, he was able to quickly identify listings that fit our needs so we could quickly jump on opportunities. He was always prepared with market data and suggestions for how to approach negotiations when we wanted to pursue a deal, and his suggestions directly lead to our family getting an amazing home in Denver. Mike was an expert through the entire process, from his knowledge of all Denver neighborhoods to consider, all the way through due diligence and closing when we needed recommendations on vendors to use in improving or maintaining our property.
