It was Dara West’s love of the outdoors and mountains that first drew her to Boulder and made her decide to make Colorado her official home in 2000. Since then, Dara has been continually uncovering the valuable resources Boulder and the Front Range have to offer someone seeking the unique Colorado lifestyle. Now, she has made a career out of helping people discover those resources through real estate — and has closed over $120M in sales.

Dara attended both the University of Colorado and Naropa University, and has been equipped with a license since 2009. Having worked in the industry for over thirteen years, Dara sees real estate as more than just a transaction. In an industry that is inherently transitional, Dara offers a grounded approach and a listening ear to clients experiencing an emotionally charged time in their lives. Dara has partnered with some of Boulder’s most prominent developers in lease up, value-add and condo conversion projects that transform the local neighborhood and communities. She has also overseen the sales and performance of Boulder’s largest luxury condominium development, implementing strategic sales and marketing strategies to uniquely position the property to a local and national market.
