Bill arrived in Colorado from Canada at 18 years old by way of a hockey scholarship at Colorado College, where he earned a degree in Business and Banking. For 12 years post-graduation, Bill honed his real estate skillset in Lubbock, Texas; an experience that would lead him to his role as a manager at Sussex Realty. Shortly afterward, Bill founded Goodacre & Company — and the rest, as they say, is history.

Bill’s good-natured personality is well-known throughout Boulder in both professional and personal capacities.
