Additionally, Heidi holds a BFA in Surface Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, emphasizing her distinct artistic lens. However, what truly makes her unique as a person and a broker is her authenticity. As an owner of a cabin in Florissant that she rents short-term, Heidi has firsthand experience in what it takes to buy and sell mountain properties.
Heidi is also a board member of the Harvey Park RNO neighborhood association and has lived there for ten years, giving her an intimate knowledge of the area and its community.
