In 2008, Carla became the CEO of a real estate firm that she grew to more than 450 agents who closed more than a billion in sales. This resulted in the firm becoming #1 in the NATION in 2011, according to Real Trends. Next, Carla founded a national coaching company where she trains, coaches and consults with top-producing agents and firms to evolve to the highest levels of performance.
Carla and her partners Carmelo Paglialunga and Peter Blank launched milehimodern, the leading luxury brokerage in Denver, Colorado. Their vision is to bring together the best real estate professionals to curate the coolest home-buying and selling experiences in town. Carla’s thought leadership drives the processes and systems, educational methodology and growth of the brokerage. Her innovative approaches to growth are founded on her depth of knowledge along with her vast experience in the industry.
