Michelle Barbour

Michelle Barbour

/ / energetic. persistent. authentic.

The mountains called, and Michelle Barbour answered. A Boulder County resident, her love for the majestic landscape inspires her to share the natural beauty of Colorado with her clients. Raised on a horse ranch, her nontraditional upbringing — including living in Korea and Singapore — instilled a hardworking attitude and an admiration for her mother, a fellow real estate agent. Working side by side with her mother, Michelle learned the importance of constant education, a desire to listen to others’ needs and perseverance for success.

Armed with a BA in Organizational Communication from ASU, Michelle is an excellent listener and forward thinker with thorough communication skills. Her passion for architecture and her interest in structure and design allows her to envision the value a home can bring to its owners. To Michelle, a home is more than just a structure — the space someone lives in contributes to their daily life and enhances who they are and how they choose to live.

Well-known for her enthusiasm and positive attitude, Michelle is a fierce advocate for her clients throughout the transaction process. Her ability to negotiate issues and find a resolution is unmatched as she provides her clients with education on the current market to help enable broader conversations. Deeply knowledgeable about Boulder County, she serves as a trustworthy resource for her clients well beyond the sale.
