Nicole guided us through the process of buying a home in the competitive LoHi-area neighborhoods. Working with her was easy and refreshing. She always seemed to be available when a new listing popped up to show us around… including being one of the first showings for the property we ended up buying. The neighborhood and price point we were working in were tightly contested, but Nicole knew how to get creative enough with the offer contracts to help us stand out from the other buyers. Due to her quick work, we were the first offer and ultimately that was the difference that ensured we got the home we wanted. After that, the escrow process was smooth and closing was a breeze. 10/10 will be working with Nicole on any future real estate transactions in this area!
