Michele sold my high-end house in Cherry Creek in four months. She is very businesslike and hands-on, but more importantly, is very considerate and lovely to work with. When needed, she recommended repairmen who were prompt and efficient. She personally attended all showings and gave me feedback immediately after. Her negotiations with buyers and at settlement were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her for any kind of sale!
