Maureen was the best realtor that we have ever worked with. She first helped us purchase our current home. She listened to all of our requests, and helped us find a home that both my wife and I love. She used her contacts at the bank to help us obtain financing, which went very smoothly. She advised us on making an offer, and we were able to come in just above the competitors and buy our new home. She then helped us sell our prior home. She took us through the entire process, including staging and getting beautiful photos taken. She advised us to get the home to market as soon as we were able, and we were able accept an offer within three days of our house going on the market. She was able to effectively communicate with all of the potential buyers’ agents, and we ended up getting 10% over asking! The whole process went smoothly, and if there was any issue that we had trouble with, she was able to help. For example, we were having difficulty finding a plumber for a final fix before closing our last house, and she was able to arrange one for us on the next day. If we ever decide to purchase a new home or sell our current one, she will certainly be the first person we will call.
