I was an out of state seller of a property needing work before it was presentable for sale. It was also completely furnished and I didn’t want any of the furnishings. Michel went out of her way to get in touch with people who could use the furnishings and coordinated moving them out of the residence. She also took charge and hired the appropriate people to repair and clean the place to make it presentable for sale. She did much more than I would have expected a real estate professional to do on my behalf and in my absence. I felt extremely fortunate to have been represented by her.
