AT THE FOREFRONT OF SLIFER SMITH & FRAMPTON’S (SSF) FRONT RANGE OPERATIONS STANDS ORLY RIPMASTER, A PRESIDENT KNOWN FOR STRATEGIC GROWTH, DEEP COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE, AND COMMUNITY VALUES.

Ripmaster combines visionary leadership with strategic acumen, shaped by her extensive experience in the global travel & leisure industry and private equity, most notably during her decade at KSL Capital Partners prior to returning home to Boulder to take the helm alongside her father at Colorado Landmark Realtors.

The strategic acquisition of Colorado Landmark by SSF in August 2022 was led by Ripmaster, the second-generation owner of Boulder’s leading luxury boutique real estate firm, and marked a

fusion of heritage and innovation. This move expanded SSF’s market reach to the Front Range and showcased Ripmaster’s ability to blend robust business strategies with respect for historical legacies. The acquisition brought incredible new global partnerships to the Front Range including SSF’s exclusive partnership with Forbes Global Properties, further cementing SSF’s position not only as the luxury real estate sector leader in Colorado, offering unmatched global reach, but as a firm with the most renowned professionals in the industry.

“What sets Slifer Smith & Frampton apart is our ‘last mile’ approach to real estate,” said Orly Ripmaster.

“Coupled with our team’s support strategy, CREST, we ensure SSF agents have the necessary resources and autonomy for today’s market success and personalized touches.”

Since the Colorado Landmark acquisition, Ripmaster has steered SSF through a period of significant growth. Defying market trends, SSF achieved a 25% growth over prior year in 2023, marked by the opening of a new office in Cherry Creek’s Hotel Clio and two record-setting sales, including a $6.8M mansion in Denver’s Washington Park by John Jaster, a record in that neighborhood. With over $13B in sales volume since 2020, SSF has consistently earned impressive rankings on the

Boulder County Real Producers • 9 realproducersmag.com

RealTrends Top 500 list, ranking within the Top 150 by volume in the country and No. 5 among brokerages based in Colorado with an average sales volume per agent of $8.4M, an incredible feat for a boutique, local independent brokerage.

In addition, several Front Range agents made the America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. At SSF’s core is a world-class sales team led by sales leaders across the Front Range including Niwot’s Deborah Read Fowler, Northern Colorado’s Ed Weaver, Boulder’s Phil Booth and Wendy Daniel, alongside Ripmaster’s Father, Joel and Cousin Scott, Louisville’s Maria Scroggs, Cherry Creek’s John Jaster and Luke Corbitt and Downtown Denver’s Brad Arnold, just to name a few, alongside seasoned executives and rising stars.

Ripmaster’s impact extends beyond business. Her roles as a keynote speaker, guest lecturer, and mastermind host, strong networks with Real Estate Women of Denver, Denver Women’s Leaders, and Her Workplace, demonstrate her commitment to mentoring and elevating women in the industry. Her fundraising and volunteering during the Marshall Fire and long-standing involvement with Buffs4Life and Bixby School highlight her commitment to community impact.

Ripmaster’s approach is a blend of diverse experiences, allowing her to bring innovative solutions to real estate.

JUST AS WE STRIVE FOR INTEGRITY IN BUSINESS, WE AIM TO LIVE RESPONSIBLY, TEACHING OUR BOYS THE IMPORTANCE OF SUSTAINABILITY.

“My character was forged in Colorado and honed at top-tier institutions, but returning home has always been my goal. I believe in the value of community and lead with energy, compassion, and a belief in my team,” she says.

Ripmaster’s life in Colorado mirrors her business ethos. Residing on a lavender farm in Niwot with her husband, Sean, and their two sons, they raise livestock and produce “lavender honey,” showcasing a commitment to local agriculture and sustainable living.

“Just as we strive for integrity in business, we aim to live responsibly, teaching our boys the importance of sustainability,” Ripmaster shares. Their local presence, often accompanied by their Bernese Mountain Dogs and sporting CU gear, is a testament to their deep Colorado roots.

Orly Ripmaster’s leadership at SSF is not just about real estate success; it’s about setting new standards in

the industry, nurturing a diverse team, and making a lasting impact in the community. Her legacy is transformative leadership, community involvement, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in real estate.

@realproducers Transforming Property Management in Boulder County
SIMONHEART

Simon Heart, the owner of All County Property Management of Boulder, has become a prominent figure in the real estate industry, bringing innovation, professionalism, and excellence to the field of property management. As a new affiliate partner with Boulder County Real Producers magazine, Simon Heart’s journey from an environmental engineer on the West Coast to a successful entrepreneur in Boulder is truly inspiring.

Originally hailing from the Boston area, Simon’s academic path took him from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, where he pursued environmental science, to graduate school at U.C. Berkeley in California. His 20-year career as an environmental engineer and management consultant, working with a global consulting company, provided him with invaluable experience and skills in project management, business development, and leadership.

In 2005, Simon made a life-changing decision to move to Boulder. He continued to work for the consulting firm for six more years but says, “Twenty years is a long time to do anything. Working for a large company has its benefits. The money was good, I learned a lot, I ran teams of people, but the demanding travel schedule and burnout led me to seek a more sustainable and family-friendly career. I also felt like a small cog in a large corporate wheel, and the desire to have my own business was getting stronger each year.”

As Simon searched for alternative business opportunities, he came across All County Property Management—a leading national property management franchise. Discovering an untapped opportunity in Boulder County, Simon seized the chance to launch the Boulder franchise location in 2012 and become a small business owner.

Drawing from his experience as a landlord, Simon found familiarity in the property management realm. In his previous professional life, particularly in the last five to ten years, Simon had concentrated on asset management—a concept focused on how cities and utilities oversee and maintain their vast infrastructure. He recognized the parallels between his expertise and the property management domain, making the transition a logical and strategic move.

All County Property Management of Boulder specializes in enabling residential property investors to have a hassle-free ownership experience. The company’s endto-end services include tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and accounting, with the goal of providing clients with peace of mind. The team also handles the entire tenant turnover process, promptly finding new tenants if current occupants depart.

“We strive to maintain a continuous flow of income for the investor for as long as they choose to own the property.”

A notable factor distinguishing All County’s business is its exclusive focus on long-term, unfurnished, residential property management—a deliberate and intentional choice. This narrow specialization, they believe, significantly contributes to their success for two reasons: First, the commitment to doing one thing exceptionally well streamlines the needs for hiring and training the team to do a great job; and secondly, because All County does not engage in any buying or selling of real estate, it clarifies their intended role in the marketplace to serve as an excellent and trusted referral partner for real estate agents, rather than being viewed as a competitor.

Unlike many property management businesses that may limit their operations to one or two cities, All County also stands out by offering services across a broader geographical scope. With offices in Boulder and Fort Collins, Simon’s team of 20+ employees are able to serve investor clients throughout Boulder, Larimer, Weld, and Broomfield counties. Recognizing that investors’ properties can be dispersed across various areas, the company positions itself as a convenient one-stopshop for real estate agents and their investor clients.

The company also provides valuable support to real estate agents in other ways. By handling the complexities of property management for clients who invest in properties, they ease the burden on investors, making it more likely for clients to pursue additional investment opportunities. This, in turn, can contribute to the growth of real estate agents’ businesses.

Additionally, the company serves as a source of clients for real estate agents, as many tenants eventually become property owners. They assist real estate agents by identifying when tenants plan to leave to purchase a house. Furthermore, the company helps real estate agents connect with investment property owners who may be ready to sell or buy more, acting as a mutual avenue of support.

Finally, by offering free rental analyses for agents and their clients, the company facilitates the role of real estate agents in serving their investor clients.

“Leveraging our expertise in the rental market, we provide insights into potential rental incomes, a facet that real estate agents may not be as well-versed in as their primary focus is on the sales market,” states Simon.

The All County team’s commitment to excellence is reflected in the numerous local and national accolades they have received over the years. Notably, for the last few years the Boulder office has earned the distinction of being the number one franchise in the All County national network of 70 locations, emphasizing its outstanding growth and success. The company has been featured many times on the BizWest “Mercury 100” list of fastest-growing businesses in Boulder County, and most recently it was awarded the 2023 Daily Camera “Boulder County Gold” award for the best local property management business.

“Our team is proud that these designations reflect our continuous commitments to growth and excellence.”

Testimonials say it all! From Leslie Herz, The Herz Team, Coldwell Banker Realty: “I’ve known Simon Heart at All County Boulder for over 11 years. They are our “goto” property management company for our team when our clients need help managing their investment properties. I have complete trust in them as they are organized and professional, have great communication skills and a solid reputation, and most importantly, they are great at taking wonderful care of their residents and owners. Also, I love the fact that, unlike most property management companies, All County doesn’t list or sell their client’s properties. When I refer a client to All County, they refer that client back to me when that client is ready to sell. All County focuses on what they are amazing at and what they do best – managing properties.”

Beyond business success, Simon and his team are deeply involved in the community. As a member of the Boulder Valley Rotary Club for over 15 years, Simon actively participates in service projects benefiting both the local and international communities.

“In 2023 our offices were proud to contribute to our communities by donating over 10% of our profits to charitable causes, focusing on issues like hunger, homelessness, and youth empowerment.”

Simon and his wife, Johanna, have been married for 28 years, and together they’ve raised three children, who have just recently left the nest. Their eldest now resides in Santa Cruz, California after completing college there, and their twins, aged 19, are currently pursuing their college educations -- one in Minnesota and one in Southern California. All three children went through the Boulder public school system, and Johanna oversees four schools as a licensed nurse consultant for the Boulder Valley School District.

Johanna and Simon travel frequently to visit friends and family on the East and West coasts, as well as occasional family trips to warm beach spots and sailing locales in the Caribbean and Hawaii. In his spare time, Simon enjoys the outdoors and nearly all sports. From hiking and cycling to tennis, skiing, golf, sailing, and swimming, he’s embraced a diverse range of pursuits.

“Recently, I’ve added pickleball to the mix, joining a fun group of 50-somethings in a weekly game. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants, sightseeing, and learning about history.”

In closing, Simon’s primary message is that All County Property Management is a trusted referral partner for real estate agents and a wonderful option for hassle-free investment property ownership. By specializing solely in property management, the company offers real estate agents a reliable ally to whom they can confidently refer their clients. Establishing trust is paramount for his team, emphasizing their proven track record spanning over 11 years.

The company operates with two guiding mottos. On a broader scale, the franchise-wide model simplifies the idea of owning investment property with the slogan, “owning investment property just got easier.”

At the local level, the company embraces a motto that encapsulates their approach; “professionalism with a personal touch.” This reflects their commitment to maintaining a professional corporate culture while ensuring a human touch in their local interactions. The combination of professionalism and a personal approach distinguishes their

Situated in the scenic foothills of the Rocky Mountain Front Range, Boulder, CO has evolved to become one of the most desirable real estate markets in Colorado. Hip, modern, and communitycentric, the Boulder region beckons to an ecologically-minded, nature-loving clientele seeking world-class mountain lifestyle activities like hiking, rock climbing, snowshoeing, and much more. Realtor Molly Stauffer, an agent at milehimodern, has not only personally embraced Boulder as a lifestyle for her own thriving family, but has also stepped up to offer her expertise to those seeking to make Boulder their home. In line with milehimodern’s philosophy, “connect first,” Molly infuses every real estate interaction with a commitment to connect deeply. She provides detailed area information to the influx of clients wishing to live Boulder’s vibrant lifestyle. While maintaining her own independent business, she also recognizes the value of working collaboratively in Boulder’s market upswing.

Molly says simply, “I share similar goals and aspirations with other milehimodern agents. Instead of competing, I like to collaborate. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!”

What Molly contributes to a client’s journey comes from her soul. She describes herself as having a keen ability to connect easily with others, saying, “I’ve lived in every single time zone from Alaska to Savannah, Georgia. I’m adaptive and creative in adjusting to change. I’m a good listener and have a penchant for identifying the critical details of a client’s vision and putting them into action.”

Molly also credits milehimodern for its mission and vision propositions which attract agents, like herself, who willingly collaborate with each other to elevate client representation.

The defining personal experiences that Molly says give her insight into her clients’ stories include having been an

occupational therapist/certified hand therapist, a mother, an Army Ranger military wife, a real estate agent in the historic city of Savannah, and current milehimodern real estate agent with years of modern mountain living experience to share.

Molly’s embrace of a mountain lifestyle began in college while working for the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park. She explains, “It was the first place that introduced me to the lifestyle I wanted to live. For several summers, I was an avid hiking guide in Rocky Mountain National Park. I hiked hundreds of miles and summitted numerous peaks, all while ensuring my clients’ safety and well-being.”

Preceding her family’s move to Colorado in 2008, Molly took a job in a well-established boutique Savannah real estate firm and worked alongside a sixth-generation Savannahian. There, she was introduced to Savannah’s historic

districts and waterfront property and began her real estate journey.

“Our real estate office was one of two boutique firms in the south. I learned the importance of branding, the value of having a powerful sales manager and colleagues, and how to take care of clients in true southern fashion and provide them a full-service experience,” Molly remarks.

Now well settled in Boulder with her family, Molly’s mountain living experience includes frequent recreating at their wilderness cabin in historic Eldora. She says, “We are definitely living and loving the Colorado lifestyle. Eldora is eighteen miles west of Boulder – in one day, you can live a city life, but then head up Boulder Canyon and be in a totally different world.”

Molly, her husband Matt, and their two energetic middle-schoolers - Heidi, 13, already a nationally ranked rock climber, and Wyatt, 11, an avid competitive soccer

player, all love the outdoors. Molly attributes much of her own contentment and inspiration to living in a beautiful area where, daily, she can hike the Front Range Foothills trails with neighbors and friends and then walk down the street and have coffee at a local coffee shop.

About what is most fulfilling in her job as a REALTOR®, Molly is passionate. “I enjoy being a resource for individuals to help them ultimately capture and gain the lifestyle that they want to achieve. I love finding connection and building relationships, and watching other people become empowered by their decisions and choices.”

At home, Molly enjoys being involved in her children’s school community as a Board of Directors member of Summit Charter Middle School in Boulder Valley School District. She is a dedicated volunteer with Boulder-based nonprofit group, Ignite Adaptive Sports, which enables individuals with disabilities

to engage in mountain snow sports activities with the assistance of volunteers. She is also a volunteer with the Special Olympics and their mountain biking team.

Molly is eager to showcase her skills as a leading regional real estate professional in 2024. She values working alongside other agents at milehimodern and is excited to increase her sales volume, focus specifically on South Boulder and Table Mesa, and double her previous achievements.

When asked if she has a favorite motto that inspires her, Molly laughs and says, “Right now I’m looking at a sticker that says ‘Love where you live!’ I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!”

“EVERY SINGLE PROPERTY HAS A SOUL”

As an interior design specialist, REALTOR® Debby Caplin knows the nuances of Boulder’s market first-hand. Resonating the same values as milehimodern’s mission to “connect first” and discover each client’s story, Debby believes each dwelling has a story to tell. She remarks, “Every single property has a soul. And we find what is unique and special about each property.”

Debby’s interest in interior design originally led her to the University of Florida in Gainesville. “I have a bachelor’s degree in interior design. And so for me, that’s a big reason why I got into real estate. I know that when I walk into a home, I can see the potential because true interior design is not just putting throw pillows in somebody’s living room. You can figure out what walls to move and envision what it could be. That’s a real benefit to be able to convey to someone looking for or selling a home.”

In 2019, Debby started a career in real estate after she decided to close her popular retail shop in Boulder.

“I wanted to find something where I could use all my skills. Real estate seemed like the best fit because it incorporated customer service, design, and being around people – all the things that I loved about my prior lives in design and retailing.”

Debby’s business is a dynamic one. In addition to working on growing her own business, she also works with John McElveen on new development projects. Her design background works well to add insight into floor plans, materials, and function prior to the construction phase and during the sales process. She also collaborates with her milehimodern colleagues, Lindsey Harshman in the Dakota Ridge area, as well as with Courtney Wentworth and Molly Stauffer in Table Mesa.

RATHER THAN COMPETING AGAINST ONE ANOTHER, WE WORK TOGETHER AND CLIENTS GET THE SERVICE

AND EXPERTISE OF EACH OF US. EVERYBODY WINS.

“milehimodern’s motto is ‘better together’. Collaboration is key. Rather than competing against one another, we work together and clients get the service and expertise of each of us. Everybody wins.”

Twenty-four years ago, Debby left Miami, FL – a brave single mom seeking a safer place where her two children could grow up and thrive. The family of three chose Boulder as their new home and have never looked back. Debby’s children, Casey and Bailey, now 27 and 25 years old, loved their Colorado lifestyle and remain close to their mom.

“We still travel together. We try to take a big family trip every other year, usually, internationally. We like to explore art, new sites, and food… everyone is still talking about Greece!”

Debby also loves traveling with her boyfriend for live music in New Orleans and other exciting destinations, in addition to enjoying summer Red Rocks shows here at home. A trip to her alma mater to cheer on her beloved ‘Gators, is another of Debby’s favorite activities. Her interest in travel and international culture has helped Debby cultivate a unique art collection. She loves and collects street art and other colorful statements from street artists around the world.

In Boulder, Debby is a friend to many. She can be spotted easily, sporting about town in her Mini-Cooper with Tonka, her 140 lb. Newfoundland in the passenger seat. “He’s my sidekick!”

Whether working with home buyers or sellers, Debby looks for what she can highlight to make sure the listings show authentically. “Every home has a soul. And we want to find that unique quality to highlight, not just simply list properties. We really try to make them stand out for what makes them unique and special.”

“milehimodern’s brand might lead some people to assume that we are only about modern luxury living, but it’s really about enacting a modern way of doing real estate.”

After traveling and searching for ‘what’s next’ Courtney discovered her path to owning her own organic lifestyle market and art gallery named The Artsy Artichoke. During this time, she learned firsthand the challenges and rewards that come from working in a small business environment. “The community support was incredible!”

Following that adventure, for the next twenty years, Courtney worked as a business marketing strategist around the mountain state. She attests, “I came to real estate later in my career, through business development and sales, for both small and large businesses. I loved working with midsize companies, all along the Front Range – from health care to startups. It was exciting and super cool to strategize, market, and sell for these growing businesses, especially here in Boulder.”

Courtney’s many accomplishments in building Colorado businesses have contributed to what she feels sets her apart as a Realtor®. “Because I’ve been able to learn and grow professionally for all of these years, and really be part of the building of business, I came into real estate

with a balanced mindset to be able to pull it all together in a way that best services my clients.”

Courtney’s appreciation for a strong community also comes from experience with her own family. About her husband Bret, also a native Coloradan, Courtney says proudly, “I’m married to a firefighter. He’s been a firefighter for twenty-plus years now. His job has given me an amazing view into how important community is – how important our first responders are, and also just how important it is to have a team within your family.” Bret, once a firefighting paramedic, is now Battalion Chief on the Front Range.

In Courtney’s book, high marks also go to the Boulder Valley School District for the many growth opportunities the school system offers to students, including her two sons. The boys are passionate outdoor enthusiasts and love fly fishing, skiing, rafting, and snowboarding. “They love making friends, and they’re just really grounded kids. They have seen how important it is to have a good community around our family. Growing up in Boulder, the boys and their friends can take the bus up to the mountain and spend a day together. Incredible! RTD is free for riders under the age of nineteen so it’s easy and safe.”

BEING ABLE TO HELP

OTHERS LEARN ABOUT TRUSTED SENIOR RESOURCES IS FULFILLING. I REALLY TAKE PRIDE IN BEING ABLE TO BE THAT LIAISON WHO SHARES THE TRUSTED VENDORS AND RESOURCES HERE.

Away from work, Courtney loves taking extended adventure trips with her entire family all around Colorado, especially to the Upper Colorado River where they enjoy rafting, camping, and star-watching. The family frequently takes weekend getaways to Eldora Ski Mountain where they love snowboarding – and “getting into the powder of the trees.”

Courtney’s view of Boulder is a progressive community serving a growing multigenerational population. Through connections she made while working with senior care-focused businesses during her first career, Courtney is knowledgeable about the many trusted resources the region holds for helping seniors. She became so inspired in helping seniors that she obtained her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. “I am especially attuned to the amenities available for our seniors that allow them to live an independent lifestyle. We’ve got incredible nonprofit resources – from meals being delivered to homes, to many modes of transportation. Being able to help others learn about trusted senior resources is fulfilling. I really take pride in being able to be that liaison who shares the trusted vendors and resources here.”

All in all, Courtney’s heart is in Colorado, a spirit and a life that she’s made for herself and her family. She loves sharing the culture of mountain living and wants to be known as an authentic Colorado woman. Her empathy runs deep and she digs in hard to help each one of her clients find every resource they need. “You have to really explore lots of different options and know the amenities available.” She smiles and says knowingly, “There’s always a solution.”

Courtney’s passion aligns with milehimodern’s goal to foster deep connections with both clients and colleagues. The support Courtney receives from milehimodern’s leadership and fellow agents consistently inspires her to share valuable insights about what makes Boulder an exceptional place to live.

LIKE YOUR CAR, YOUR BODY NEEDS PERIODIC TUNE UPS

Here we are in March already! Those New Year’s resolutions are long gone, and forgotten! No guilt! Just an observation! We have made resolutions like: ‘I am going to make changes. I am going to be healthier…change my eating habits…’Most were forgotten before the end of January!

Sound familiar? Well, in our defense, there is a reason we tend to eat more during the winter months. It goes back to our ancestors. To survive, they had to eat lots of food, especially fats to keep the body temperature warm. And we, like them, tend to hibernate during cold weather. Now we are coming into spring. Panic sets in about how we look, and feel! Sluggish, overweight, no energy, health symptoms from our winter lifestyle.

I have a suggestion! For most, it might seem crazy. For those who know me, not really! March means spring is in the air! I remember as a child, spring meant spring cleaning. Curtains and drapes were cleaned; chairs and sofas were vacuumed thoroughly; furniture polished; bedspreads washed; windows washed; etc. You get the idea! Everything had to be cleaned for the ‘new’ season.

As a young adult, I became interested in and aware of health and wellness, and I began questioning and learning about the body. We concentrate so much on cleaning everything ‘outside’ of us; but what about ‘inside’ the body?

We brush our teeth, take showers, and do other functions daily for cleanliness, hygiene, and, of course, because we are taught these are important to maintain good health.

But, inside the body?

Well, let’s think about it. When the body’s organs of elimination or detoxification are under unusual stress (liver, gall bladder, kidneys, GI tract, lungs, skin, thyroid), the unprocessed metabolic waste accumulates in the blood and circulates throughout the body. If left too long in this state, symptoms show up in several areas: headaches, bloating, indigestion, fatigue, depression, allergies, colds and flu; all giving rise to a lowered immune state. This

health and longevity

is like ‘smoke pouring out the windows of a burning building, and we cannot be sure exactly where the fire is because the smoke spreads everywhere!’

Like the smoke, toxicity can camouflage the cause of health symptoms. Treating the symptoms alone is like trying to blow out the smoke while the fire still burns. Long term, the immune system suffers as it responds to accumulated metabolic waste using the body’s natural ‘sanitation department’, which consists of bacteria and viruses, that attack the waste. Remember: flies, maggots, and rats do not cause garbage! They are there because of the garbage and are nature’s way to clean it up!

Some people get several colds a year, and ‘catch’ (which really means ‘are vulnerable to’) whatever is going around. This is a sign the immune system is compromised, trying to detoxify, defending itself against disease.

As a nutritionist, I am interested in what nature has to offer to help our immune system deal with bacteria and viruses. But it’s also important to understand that getting the flu isn’t always a bad thing. It can be an opportunity to revitalize; to release stored toxins through mucus and fever, and detox naturally.

Problems occur when we are not taking steps to internally cleanse our body. This causes the immune system to work over time until it ‘burns out’ trying to respond to the toxicity. This makes us susceptible to illness because the immune system is over-burdened trying to relieve the stress that has built up.

SO, WHAT IS DETOX?

Detox is a word used in alternative medicine circles. But what does ‘detox’ mean? In North American jargon, it means counteracting the toxins we are constantly exposed to, through the food we eat and the environment we live in. Our bodies absorb these toxins and try to flush them out via symptoms of detoxification. For instance, the body fights a virus by creating a fever to flush it out. Other symptoms can be diarrhea, vomiting, sweats, chills, and mucus -- all of which are the body’s way to flush out the cause of illness.

This is why we often feel hot when we’re ill, as heat is generated to enable the movement and elimination of toxins. Medication to suppress this can work against the body’s natural attempt at detoxification. Remember: Rats do not create garbage any more than germs create disease. They are there because of it.

Clean up the garbage and rats will not be attracted! Detoxify and nourish the body and bacteria and viruses will not thrive! The ‘how to detox’ will be addressed in future articles.

HERE IS WHAT SOME SAY:

“Disease symptoms are an effort of the body to eliminate waste, mucus, and toxemia. This system assists Nature most perfectly and naturally. Not the disease but the body is to be healed; it must be cleansed, freed from waste and foreign matter, from mucus and toxemiaaccumulated since childhood.”

“If people would take care of their body and cleanse their colon and intestines, their problems would be pretty much eliminated.”
