lakewood’s parkview residences experience quick sellout
denver, colorado
“From the architectural design all the way through to the final sales, milehimodern was strategically involved in the process,” says Rachel Gallegos, lead broker for Parkview Residences. “The final aesthetic was a co-creation with the developer; the result of which blended the development into the Lakewood landscape and attracted many first-time homebuyers.”
The design — noted as “urban farmhouse” and constructed from sustainable and renewable materials — was not the only reason buyers flocked to this development. Parkview Residences integrated energy efficiency and a rare, turfed outdoor space into four distinct floorplan options, all at an attainable price within Denver’s hot market. Additionally, the strategic position of the development within the Belmar neighborhood of Lakewood offers a gateway to both Downtown Denver and the mountains with generous opportunities for entertainment within moments of Parkview’s front doors.
Rachel Gallegos successfully led the developers through unchartered complexities of the pandemic, where new development saw rapid shifts in the market, inventory lows, supply shortages, and changes in buyer behavior. These uncertainties ultimately led to releasing Parkview units in very strategic phases. This tactic, paired with Rachel Gallegos’ innovative marketing strategies and new development savviness, led to high demand and multiple offers on many of Parkview’s dwellings. Throughout the lifecycle of the project, these residences experienced a 15% price increase, offering a positive testament to both the design of the homes and the $21M in closed sales volume.
“As one of Lakewood’s first major development projects, Parkview Residences has set a higher standard for new construction homebuyers,” continues Gallegos. To learn more about Rachel Gallegos’ artful approach to resale and new development, please reach out to rachel@milehimodern.com.
