Paige Hoholik moved from Boston to Denver in 2001 and has since fallen in love with the state of Colorado. Paige grew interested in real estate early on — when taking vacations, her parents always looked at homes for sale, prompting a move every two years. After attending Kent Denver School, Paige obtained her degree in Real Estate at the University of Denver after only three years all while juggling three jobs — a testament to the hardworking nature for which she is lauded by her clients.
This dedication was further proven when Paige achieved her first $3M sale prior to her 25th birthday. Since then, Paige has used her unique approach, marketing savviness and friendly demeanor to guide her success, and it shows with her ongoing list of accolades. “I can’t recommend Paige and the entire Hoholik team highly enough. We switched to Paige after working with another realtor and that was probably the single most important decision we’ve made during our house hunting process. Paige is relentless and tireless — she went the extra step to find the perfect house for us even though it was not even yet on the market. Since this was new construction, the process took several months; but it was made infinitely easier by her guiding us through every step in the process and truly acting in our best interest. She was also always very quick to respond to all sorts of questions we’ve had as first-time homebuyers. Because Paige is so highly organized, I was able to rely on her to keep track of all deadlines. I am convinced that I wouldn’t have closed on this house had we worked with someone other than Paige and her team.
