Like many homeowners I’ve worked with a number of realtors. Most have been quite competent and have provided essential services. Until I met Anne Wells, however, none stood out. Anne instantly grasped both our tastes and our needs. She exposed us not only to houses in the Boulder area, but the various neighborhoods of Boulder. Three hours after meeting Anne we put an offer in on a house which we currently occupy. Anne not only helped us find the house but helped provide excellent financing. After closing she not only provided insight into the community but introduced us to numerous vendors and service providers. On top of it all she has become a very good friend.
