Kimberly Chatman’s passion for real estate stems from her desire to help people. Since receiving her license in 2018, her dedication to providing concierge-level support is anchored in Kimberly’s intuition, honesty, and passion for creating ease in the process. In 2018, Kimberly left her job with a large marketing agency to create her own analytics company. During this time, she realized that many of her friends and family were unsatisfied with their real estate agents, so Kimberly, a helper at heart, decided to get her real estate license to provide the level of service that was missing from the industry. Eventually, word of mouth and positive referrals enabled her to become a full-time real estate agent.

As a broker, Kimberly prides herself on her honesty, straightforwardness, and dedication to helping her clients navigate the home-buying process with ease — a journey she knows well by having lived in three out of the four U.S. time zones. Kim was outstanding as a real estate agent! She was very knowledgeable about the market in all areas I was looking and helped locate homes for me to look at, even in areas I wasn’t considering as much at first. I ended up buying a home she found because she completely understood what I was looking for. She staged my previous home for sale beautifully at a moment‘s notice and held two open houses that eventually led to being under contract in under two weeks! Kim also provided great recommendations for inspection and contractors to fix any items necessary in order to get my previous home prepared for closing. We were under a bit of a time constraint and Kim handled everything patiently and professionally. I’d highly recommend using Kim for any home buying and selling needs!
