For first-time homebuyers, the entire process can be overwhelming, but Erinn made sure that we were taken care of from the first phone call we ever had together. We’ve worked with Erinn for almost a year looking for our first home. Erinn was very friendly, professional and just all-around awesome to work with. Working with our budget in Denver was no easy task but ultimately we ended up with the perfect first home that fits all of our needs and never once through the process did I feel like it was impossible. Erinn is a great communicator and is very practical about expectations. Her knowledge of the market and its trends was invaluable when it came to finding our home. We can’t recommend Erinn enough! My husband and I were convinced that we’d be living in a town house in Colorado Springs for the rest of our lives until we partnered with Erinn. She worked diligently throughout the entire process to ensure we got top dollar when selling our current home and got us under contract on a single-family home in this impossible market. She commuted regularly from Denver to the Springs and was available at any time of day to answer questions, provide insight and convey a general sense of calm and confidence throughout the entire experience.
