Christy Pennick
/ / excellence. integrity. service.
Christy Pennick is not your ordinary real estate broker. Her manifesto, “Relationships over Transactions,” reflects her unwavering commitment to putting her clients first. With an extensive background in International Business and years working with multiple real estate businesses, Christy approaches each transaction as if it were her own business deal. Her project management skills ensure that no detail falls through the cracks, and her reputation as a tough negotiator is well-earned.
Christy has been licensed since 2019, but her journey in real estate began in 2006, working in property management and for multiple real estate businesses. Her passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her personal experiences, particularly her 12-year-old son Cashton, who has special needs and is on the Autism Spectrum. This passion drives her to help families, especially those with kids with special needs, find their dream homes and create wealth through homeownership and investment properties.
As a Denver resident for the past 19 years, Christy’s love for city life is evident. She’s resided in the Central Park neighborhood for the last 11 years, which gives her the unique advantage of knowing the ins-and-outs of this amazing neighborhood from day-to-day happenings to a behind-the-scenes realty perspective. Christy’s clients commend her for her exceptional listening skills, top-level professionalism, and effective communication. She is known for being a tough negotiator, ensuring that her clients’ best interests are always at the forefront of every transaction.

When Christy isn’t helping her clients find their dream homes or exploring the world of real estate, she indulges in a variety of hobbies. She’s an avid houseplant enthusiast, though she humorously admits she’s still working on developing her green thumb. Her at-home Peloton workouts are her sanctuary, keeping her grounded and healthy. However, her absolute favorite pastime is traveling with her husband and son, as they embark on exciting adventures. In her free time, you can often find her cheering on local Denver sports teams, basking in the glorious Colorado sunshine and tirelessly advocating for families with kids who have special needs, much like her own.
