Clove was our buying agent when we moved to Longmont in 2000. We knew that if and when we sold that house she would, without question, be our selling agent. She exceeded our expectations! Clove thoroughly researched the market including taking us to visit other houses on the market in our neighborhood to view our competition. Her photo crew did an outstanding job with photos, video walk through, 3D tour, and drone shots which allowed our house to shine in the listing. Clove priced the house well and while other houses in the neighborhood were sitting on the market for weeks, we had a strong full-price offer in just four days. To top it all, Clove hired a cleaning crew to have the house ready for the new owners allowing us to make the transition to our new home.
