My husband and I would highly recommend Patrick. We started working with Patrick in early January of 2024 on what it would take to get a good offer on our house and during that time, Patrick worked up comps, toured other properties in the area, gave us constructive feedback on how to make the house more marketable and developed a marketing plan and pricing strategy. We were thoroughly impressed and listed our home on February 2, 2024 – signing the listing agreement remotely as we were spending the entire month of February about 1,000 miles away from our home. Patrick handled everything – including making sure the heat was on and the faucets were dripping when a cold snap hit while we were away. He kept us updated throughout the process. When one prospective buyer observed a nearby facility, Patrick called it and got updated information (and shared that with the prospective buyer). Even though we assumed it would take a while to get our house sold (given the rate environment), Patrick’s marketing and pricing strategy worked and after three weeks, we had an offer that was at asking price. We’ll use Patrick in the future for any real estate transactions we have!
