An easy way to revamp and refresh your home is by simply switching up your home’s color swatch.

If you’re not up for the suggestion as mentioned above, consider just a little concealer instead. Smudges, marks and peeling paint can be quickly and easily covered up, which revitalizes a home.

Please repeat after me: smells help you sell. One of the oldest tricks in the book is filling your atmosphere with pleasant scents. Our sense of smell is powerful, and we associate scents with memories.
