When milehimodern was first established as a brokerage in 2019, the firm adopted its website presence from its namesake team consisting of two of the original co-founders. While experiencing exponential growth between then and 2022, mhm’s marketing team realized that the website functionality needed to evolve with the changing needs of the brokers, the brokerage and the market itself.

However, a simple drag-and-drop website template was not suitable for milehimodern’s standout, industry-lauded branding, image and content stream. Instead, the team sought out a vendor specializing in hybrid design that allowed for considerable customization while still providing easy functionality for the audience. In early 2023, milehimodern launched mhmhomes.com.
